1. General

The below terms & conditions govern the sale of the VocabularyShop software between you, the user/buyer, and InnoSalon. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with our terms & conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms & conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.

2. Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website.

3. Refunds

We will be happy to offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests must include the PayPal transaction ID, the date of purchase and the original purchaser’s email address. Requests with incomplete information will be disregarded.

4. Privacy

We will absolutely never sell or share your email address and personal information with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

5. Transaction Emails

In rare situation we may send you email notifications related to the use of the software. There will no commercial advertisements or any product promotion information. By purchasing or download the trial version of the software you agree to receive such transaction emails.

6. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will be given a download link in the Purchase Confirmation page to download the software.  You will also receive an email with the download link to download the software. The email may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.
